"Excellent location; steps from MetroBus stations (Reforma). Considerate and helpful staff. Comfortable bed in pleasant room. Excellent baked goods in the morning (first time I tried these). Recommend."

"Very clean room but sparse (no coffee machine, fridge, etc.). The staff was nice upon check in and helpful overall. However, the night time receptionist wasn’t that nice. The shower was very nice and had hot water. The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of space. The room is not soundproof and had a hard time sleeping on the weekend as the bars around the place were very loud and until 5AM!!! I was on the top floor too, I would recommend requesting a room not facing the street (Calle Florencia). The area is extremely convenient - lots of bars, restaurants, transportation, and tours can easily pick you up there."
