Solo nessitan mejorar en servicio de llamadas por teléfono y que se haga un poco de limpieza en la área de la regadera nessita mucho servicio y que cierren bien las puertas sólo esto espero y mejoren y ya que regresemos la se haya terminado la construcción para tener acceso ala terraza y al los desayunos mencionados muchas gracias

Room was very clean. Great location and nice staff.
However, on the first night, we were shocked at how tiny our room (#302) was. It was a complete misrepresentation of what we had paid for - half the size. No desk, no table, no sofa. TV was hang from the ceiling. One of the two windows only has a thin curtain, making the room very bright even at night from street lights. Expedia wasn’t able to do anything except compensating us with some omekey points.
The following day, we happened to see hotel staff cleaning the two rooms next door, 301 and 303. Each looked like rooms from a different hotel - twice as big with a desk and a sofa, with just one window that has blackout curtains. The hotel manager agreed to change ours to Room 301 which we were super happy with and thankful for.
I think it’s extremely unfair if a guest pays the same rate to stay in rooms ending with #2 which should be offered at a heavily discounted price.

The room and the staff were wonderful
But there was a lot of noise almost every night and morning l-especially when the bar next door closed at 2
I barely slept because they had construction going on starting at 9 am the last four mornings
I pay to sleep well in a hotel, and they didn’t seem to care about the noise

I gave this rating because primarily, I believe the owner and the way that this place is being run a couple of weeks after I made the reservation. I got an email from them that some construction was going on in the lobby. On requesting a quiet room they said it was impossible for them to give me a quiet room or to ensure my comfort during the stay They advised me to cancel my reservation with Expedia when I reached out to Expedia, I was informed that Expedia reached out to this hotel, and there was no response.
I was concerned about arriving here and about my stay here, but I found out that there was no construction going on and the room was quiet and the employees were good and polite. However, they consistently had problems with the door key, which would never open the door and each time the receptionist had to run up to open the door. In addition, the TV in the room was not worki I have a feeling that they wanted me to terminate my reservation there so that they can keep the money And not refund it and not provide a service. I had a non-refundable booking the owner of the hotel who was also the chef was very rude to me the morning that I saw him when I asked for a check out statement in case the airport wanted one. I also informed him that I would be giving him a negative rating because he kept sending me emails from the reception that my stay could not be comfortable due to the construction. He was very rude. He had anger issues and he told me never to come back again.

Our trip got off to a rough start as the hotel was under renovation, which meant a lot of construction noise and dust as well as the terrace, where breakfast was to be served (which was a factor in choosing the hotel) being closed. The hotel offered to bring breakfast to the room, but there was no comfortable place to enjoy it. Such things happen, but there was worse to come.
There was no hot water in the sink, which made shaving a bracing experience, and there was no phone in the room - the phone jack was in the wall at the head of the bed. All the furniture was wobbly and uneven, and the lighting was dim and inadequate.
Upon checking out, the woman at the desk requested that we wait while she inspected the room. She came back down with a dirty hand towel marked with lipstick and insisted we pay 200 pesos for the stained cloth. My wife does not wear lipstick (nor do I), and it was obvious we were simply being scammed. As we were on our way to the airport, we had no choice but to pay the fee. I have never had this happen at any property we have rented through Expedia (or anywhere else), and this is outrageous and unacceptable. My advice is to steer clear of this hotel. We talked with another guest, who had stayed at Maria Condesa before, and he said it was clear something was going on with management as the place was nowhere as nice as it once was. Travelers should stay away, andExpedia should review the current four-star rating as the hotel in no way merits such a status.

This was one of the worst experiences in my life. When we arrived after midnight, after 8 hr flight delay, we were informed by a rude receptionist that the hotel is under renovation, noise starts at 7AM, and we need to pay for all three nights, or go elsewhere. I was shocked but because it was so late we had no choice. Only got worse from there. Filthy, electric outlets not working in the room etc. Dust from renos. Stay away.

The room was quite large and well equipped. Large shower with plenty of hot water. Very nice bath towels. Very comfortable king sized bed.
The staff was excellent, especially Pedro the chef at the included breakfast. He personally tailors the breakfast to your desires. And he’s quite a character.

El hotel estaba en renovación, hubiera sido bueno que nos hubieran avisado al reservar, ya que al llegar nos dijeron que nos hacían devolución pero pues ya estaba ahí, como iba a buscar un hotel en la noche con mi esposa embarazada de 7 meses? 😅 en general estuvo limpio el lugar, poco ruido por reparaciones, y cuando llegamos el baño de la habitación tiraba agua, nos cambiaron amablemente de cuarto pero el otro no cerraba la puerta del baño y ya mejor ni lo reporte…. Y el restaurante no nos gustó,, de las 5 noches nomas desayunamos el primer día y ya no volvimos :( aparte que por el temblor nos quedamos sin luz un día y sin internet 3 días, como que estábamos bien salados

El hotel no está en condiciones de hospedar personas. Está en remodelación y avisan hasta que se hace el check in. Estéticamente se ve bien el hotel, pero no cumple con las funciones básicas de hospedaje en el lugar.

Upon arrival on December 8 we discovered the hotel was undergoing a renovation. The tile flooring outside our room and on every floor of the hotel was being replaced. The workers arrived around 8am and worked until 7pm. When we returned on the third evening the floor of our room and all the surfaces was covered in dust from the sawing and sanding and in the hallway. Contacted Expedia to get our reservation cancelled so we could move to another hotel. The Expedia agent only offered a $55 credit. Called back the next morning and Expedia finally agreed to a $250 credit and booked us in another hotel. Even though Expedia did provide some relief they shouldn’t be booking people into this hotel until the renovation is completed.
The good sized room had been remodeled with a nice spacious bathroom. The cooked to order breakfast provided in the rooftop terrace was tasty and the gentleman who appeared to be the manager was pleasant but he was the only staff we encountered who spoke English. He was apologetic about the remodeling but after three days we weren’t willing to put up with the noise and dust and moved to another hotel.
