Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Dama! The hospitality is above and beyond. The staff are fantastic, always so helpful and welcoming. Our room is clean and spacious. On top of everything the location is really unbeatable. It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood and very convenient. Lots of spots we wanted to visit are within walking distance I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again when I come back to CDMX!

Hotel Dama is wonderful. From the moment I made my reservation, staff were in touch with us about our needs, and this continued throughout our stay. The room was perfect and the hotel is beautiful, especially the rooftop patio. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect - in Condesa, walkable to La Roma and to parks and museums. I highly recommend this hotel.

This boutique hotel could not be more charming. The understated chic architecture and decor helped set the mood for our first time stay in CDMX. We booked two rooms for our family which gave us an opportunity to see the outdoor spaces of a balcony and courtyard. While the spaces were small both were appreciated. Bathrooms were well appointed and the staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast options were perfectly sufficient for the different food preferences of our family (health conscious and hearty). Lastly the location was perfect. A ten minute walk to the park, 25 mins to the heart of Roma Norte and Anthropology Museum. We would definitely staff here again!

Hotel Dama was exemplary from start to finish for our week-long visit to Mexico City. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. Our room was very clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable, the shower pleasant, and everything tastefully designed. The staff, including Karen, Santiago, and all others both at reception and at the rooftop, were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our relaxed breakfast each morning to start our day. The staff graciously stored our luggage and assisted us ahead of our red eye flight. I highly recommend Hotel Dama!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Dama. The staff was helpful, accommodating and kind. The location is lovely with the beautiful streets of Condesa to explore right outside. There are many great restaurants, cafes and stores close by. The hotel breakfast is wonderful with fresh fruits and pastries along with excellent coffee. We also enjoyed margaritas on the roof deck at check in - great way to unwind from a long travel day. The hotel is small and has a great feel to it along with interesting architectural details. Great place to stay when visiting Mexico City!!

I would like to give praise, applause and recognition to 3 of the staff members. Santiago, Yeirik (both reception), and Issac (waiter). All 3 of these staff members greeted us daily with a big smile and genuine care for our needs. All of them gave us many museum, food/restaurant referrals. Excellent customer service.

We loved Hotel Dama. The area was perfect. The hotel staff is very accommodating with anything one needs. Housekeeping was terrific. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are small as is the case with any large city. The balcony and bathroom were lovely. The bed was very, very comfortable! I loved it. And the rain shower was also great after a full day of exploration.

We traveled with an infant. They helped us carry the stroller up and and the few steps we needed to get to the elevator. It is CDMX after all. The breakfast was included which was such a nice treat. They opened at 7am we went everyday. Everything was delicious. The bathroom and everything was extremely spacious. We cannot wait to go back.

Real value for money. A charming small hotel, with quality linens, a nice breakfast on the roof (with a view of the neighborhood) included in the price, and a friendly staff. On a quiet tree-lined street but close to the park and just a few blocks from a key metro line. Lots of good food with blocks.
