Heart of England Beach Vacations

A convenient location for Canary Wharf and the available public transport with facilities available to cater for oneself. However, the rooms were exceptionally hot (in October) and the ACs weren’t working in either room on the 8th floor. The only way to cool the rooms down was to have the windows or doors wide open at night when cooler outside. This isn’t ideal considering Billingsgate Market and the road get busy in the early hours. The bathrooms were good quality however the living/sleeping spaces were in need of a refurbish with visible cosmetic damage to furniture and cover up patches noticeable on the walls. Very restless night sleep so very poor value for money.

Came with my mother in law in late 80s and a wheelchair- staff were charming & so helpful. Have booked to come again.

Lovely hotel and spa, but it's a shame that every minor amenity needs an additional payment when hotels of same or above calibre offer them for free.

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, close to everything

We have just enjoyed our fourth stay, and will be making reservations for our fifth for next year. It’s our favorite hotel and location in London.

The bed was hard & the room cold

It was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The king sized bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great!

The room was smart and immaculate. The breakfast was superb. The only downside was a lack of a proper bar to relax in. Otherwise a very good hotel.
