Was given room 501 and that room is an embarrassment. Extremely cramped space with no space to unpack luggage, no charging ports for cell phone, no closet space, tiny sink in washroom which is useless for brushing, shaving etc. The bed being so high is hard to get on as you have to climb into it. Not recommended for older people. The senseless second door outside the main door is a nuisance.
Location is really good being next to Paddington Station but neighborhood gets shady after dark especially the park across the street. Staff was cordial but couldn’t help me with a travel adaptor since there are no usb charging ports. They were willing to to sell me a travel adaptor for 5 pounds.

Great location, you’re in the business district near the Tower of London, St. Paul’s Church, London Bridge and Tower Bridge. The staff was very accommodating and kind. The room was fantastic. I highly recommend anyone to stay at the V&M location

Room was small but clean a fan was provided would have liked air conditioning. Staff were very helpful and gave us a ground floor room we would use this hotel again there is noise from underground but it didn’t bother us
