Hotel is in a good location and easy to visit Edinburgh by bus. Staff were lovely, however the food wasn't as good as we would have expected for the price we paid.

Amazing location. Incredible staff. I've stayed there before and even with 2 elevators, things can be slow given the number of guests and staff that use it. Now there is just 1 elevator so expect long delays or enjoy using the stairs for exercise. Otherwise I look forward to staying there again when I visit in August
