Would not consider this hotel a 4 star. Any time is rained there was leaks in the ceilings, hotel room walls were dirty

This property was lovely! It had a lot of amenities and great qualities like multiple pools and restaurants. The staff was always extremely nice and very accommodating.

Nice, full breakfast in a sunny room. Accommodations were good. Dropping off luggage is challenging. Parking in an offsite garage is secure.

Nice place, at a reasonable price. I let them know that the way the shower is set up, the water floods the bathroom. A shower curtain will fix that v

Very aged and dated. Breakfast very poor and unusually not tasty for Italian 5* hotels...

This hotel was wonderful, but the staff are the best staff out of any hotel. Some of the nicest people ever—especially Ricardo. He was the best, and went truly above and beyond. Once in a lifetime service and accommodations. Also great location. Take advantage of the boat service + deck service, and if there is any question the staff will help. The only issue was the room cleanliness. There were random bits of food on the floor, and the cleaning staff left their gloves on the floor (I have a photo). Would recommend again.

This is a lovely hotel - would highly recommend for folks looking for accommodations close to the heart of it all with a very lovely staff.

Lovely location away from the crowds but not so far from Rialto etc. Good quality hotel. Very clean!! Cleaner than many other 5 star hotels I've experienced. Some great food places nearby by the canalside too. Especially the restaurant Very Good. With another travel companion, I would have liked to have tried the hotel restaurant. Would certainly stay here again if staying in Carneggio.

This was our first stop on our first trip to Italy and we couldn’t be happier. The hotel was easily accessible yet tucked away perfectly. It was clean, well maintained, and our room was plenty large enough for our family of four. The staff went above and beyond to provide suggestions, assistance, and any service we could need. It was a perfect stay!
