They arranged private, water, taxis, dining, reservations, a private tour for the Glass museum on Murano, and more. The food was excellent, and the staff was extremely friendly. "Great suite! Close to many restaurants, the canal, etc. We were up on the top floor and it was quite difficult to carry our luggage up/down three flights of stairs (this stay was at the end of a two week trip with teens). Other than that, it was very nice!"
