"Location is great for the train station (over the bridge), only a 20 minute walk to Rialto and easy access to vaporetto transport. We had a first floor canal view room that was quiet and lovely to wake up to views of canal activity. We enjoyed afternoon and late evening drinks at the outside tables. A very enjoyable stay that made it easy to explore everything Venice has to offer."

"It took us approximately 10 minutes walking from Roma Termini to the hotel. If you have small suitcases it us actually good for first impression of Rome 😁. Metro station straight by the hotel entrance that was very useful. Staff members are very professional and helped us with initial navigation. Food places they recommended were actually very good. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included a variety of tasty items. Accessibility to attractions was amazing and almost everything in walkable distance (remember you are walking in Rome, where everything is history)."

"We had a deluxe room and it was well worth paying a bit more. It was like a suite with a seating area then moving through to a bathroom on one side and a walk in shower on the other side then moving on into the bedroom. The hotel has lots of character and a beautiful garden where we enjoyed eating breakfast and having an aperitif with some lovely savoury snacks. The lounge area was very nicely decorated and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. If we return to Venice we will definitely stay at this hotel again. It is so wonderfully located making it easy to get the train or the bus. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby."
