We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Venice. The rooms were clean, comfortable and a great place to relax after a day out exploring. The service was exceptional… everyone was very friendly, so helpful and made us feel really welcome. This is the second time I have stayed here. Always a warm welcome. This time I stayed in one of the annex rooms just a few yards from the hotel main door. The room was HUGE with a great bathroom and its own private roof terrace! Truly exceptional, and just a short walk from the car parks and train station.

Cute little spot. Staff is very nice, they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. It’s literally just around the corner from the Venice Santa Lucia train station super convenient. Clean and safe. Breakfast was good with eggs however you want them and good quality bacon not that fatty greasy American stuff. Toast and delicious coffee lots of fruits and pastries. Very happy with our stay. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Our room is not where the hotel is. It’s in a very safe neighborhood close to the main walk street to the rail station. Also shops, restaurants and traffic of people just right down the alley.
