"Nice hotel, staff were not very friendly, very abrupt and not helpful on the front desk especially to my wife. Room was nice, cleaners were good, view wasn't good at all so check if you want a view otherwise it's the roof and Aircon pipes. Would use again just for the accessibility. Walking distance to the bus stop and tram stop. Really good for vaporetto access. Breakfast was just right. Crowded at 830 onwards so get as early breakfast as you can."

"We liked that it was close to the train to get to Venice. Property was in a nice neighborhood, restaurants inside the hotel was handy as well As the only place in the neighborhood to eat. Staff was helpful. We didn’t like that we didnt have access to the AC and it was hot, there was a fire occurring close by, so it was hard to keep the one window open. There was some confusion on the shuttle, instead of shuttle there was a bus but was not informed until the last minute."
