Clean room, room heating / cooling system in building was not working at all.

We loved our time at Hotel Palazetto Madonna. The room was gorgeous, breakfast was incredible and location is perfect. The staff were sensational. A+

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean rooms, nice grounds. The breakfast was underwhelming to say the least.

Had a lovely time, helpful and friendly staff, and they gave me an upgrade! Close to the station so convenient if you're travelling by train.

The property was beautiful, but is dated. We had a 4th floor room where you took stairs up once inside. The room was very warm and had to request fans. The air conditioning was not sufficient. Room was somewhat dated and could use updating. The 2nd floor of the hotel was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We only had ala carte breakfast and it was very good. The WiFi was poor and there was not availability to stream onto the TV nor were there any channels in English. Both WiFi and streaming capabilities should be updated.

Excellent location other than being a bit further down from San Marco. Breakfast was excellent and the bar on top has a great view, intimate and an extensive menu. Great staff.

Was not happy with some staff behaviour during my stay towards breaking I stayed 4nights and 5days I was denied breakfast some staff attitude was totally not acceptable they lack manners don't know how to talk to customer They don't speak English no good communication
