A/C issues. The thermostat control was not working. Had to request room change twice. Staff was very helpful though. The hotel is undergoing renovation in the lobby area. Not a big issue since we only needed a place to sleep

Staff and hotel were wonderful! We took several rooms for our wedding and couldn’t be happier!

First time in Italy, very easy to find and grab the bus into Venice. Restaurant was delicious and all of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Would recommend!

The hotel is unique it is a 15 century mansion so amazing . That being said if you do not have a room with a canal view your room is dark ( if that bothers you) they changed my room for more Money but that was fine New room perfect I think some maintenance could be done spots on carpet and some grout improvement But overall lovely Bed linens and bed very comfy and lovely Super clean Staff ( especially Ricardo) so helpful and made sure our stay was perfect Restaurant and breakfast very good !Location absolutely perfect ! Close to everything but not in a crowded part of town also on the grand canal was beautiful Overall a wonderful stay .

Our room was extremely cold last night. We were too tired to call down for help. This morning, we were told that we could have called and asked for heat. Rookie mistake on our part, I guess. This is the time when they are converting from A/C to heat. We thought that we were just doing something wrong when we kept trying to adjust the thermostat.
