An absolutely beautiful hotel – stylish, immaculate, and elegant, with an excellent location. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. One of our group celebrated her birthday during our visit, and the staff surprised her in such a lovely and thoughtful way, making the occasion even more special. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel – 100%!

I truly enjoyed Palazzetto MyVenice. What particularly distinguished Palazzetto was its intimate, personal character. The food was excellent, and your reception staff could not have been kinder or more welcoming. It felt like a small luxury hotel in the best sense of the word—warm and personal rather than corporate. A true gem!

Beautiful, boutique hotel in Venice with a handful of rooms and attentive staff. Our duplex exclusive room was modern and quiet, with a view over a small canal.

Personalised service you don’t get when staying in a larger corporate hotel chain. Every member of he team are 100% invested in delivering quality he very highest level of service to their guests. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room was memorable with a delightful small balcony looking out on the canal. Location was excellent. Breakfast, just like everything else was made to order with wonderful touches like remembering I love a cup of breakfast tea with cold milk in the morning! The property has been tastefully renovated to bring out the history of the building and there are wonderful glass sculptures on display. If you stay here you have to arrive by water taxi directly to the entrance- not to be missed! A special mention to the wonderful service we received both prior and during our stay by Corina, making our first Venice visit truly memorable. Thank you!

Our stay in Venice was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean, and perfectly located, making it easy to explore everything Venice has to offer. The room was comfortable, elegant, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Every interaction with the staff exceeded our expectations—they were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations and arrangements. This hotel truly made our visit to Venice unforgettable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional experience in this beautiful city. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Lovely hotel, previously stayed when it was Lacanda san Barnaba and the upgrade is really great, whilst still keeping the originsl ceiling frescos and other features. Great new updsted bathrooms. Great communal areas as well as fab breakfast. Only slight niggle was not much hanging space and no drawers but easily manageable. Overall a great stay
