We actually stayed in an apartment attached to this boutique hotel. The apartment was spacious, and modern with high end showers. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located in the perfect location, close to the S. Stae vaporetto stop, a wonderful little community with a fabulous bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, fruit stand. There was even an evening of tango in community square as well as a gondola station. It was a perfect stay!!

We enjoyed the location being away from the heavily tourist area of Venice but still within walking distance (between 10-minutes) of the main sites. The breakfast had a variety of fresh foods and options. The room and the hotel in general was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic stay.

We had an apartment, which was adjacent, but attached to the hotel. It was perfect for my family. The neighborhood was quiet with families, had a large courtyard outside, and a COOP right across the street. That said it was reasonably central to all that we needed and action if you wanted it. The apartment was not super extravagant, but was very nice and newly remodeled. It was a family four star, not parents weekend getaway. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would 100% recommend it and come back again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. Marco at the front desk was particularly helpful and enjoyable to deal with. AC worked well during the July hot spell. Nice to come back to the cool room. There were ample restaurants in the area and nearby markets for drinks and treats.

Property is fantastic! Your staff went above and beyond, daily, to ensure all of our needs were met. They arranged private, water, taxis, dining, reservations, a private tour for the Glass museum on Murano, and more. The food was excellent, and the staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely be back!

Charming boutique hotel in a fun residential neighborhood walking distance to many restaurants, museums, and churches. Our room was very clean, quiet, with a comfortable bed and ample room. Plenty of closet space, a minibar, and bathroom with toiletries. The daily breakfast was delicious, and the hotel artfully decorated. Staff were very hospitable. Highly recommended

Amazing hotel, you basically pay for what you pay for. The morning breakfast was amazing, the room was clean and well decorated with murano glass figures. The location just a walk from one of the stops of water bus. The plaza where is located had some good places to eat. The staff recommended Taverna Capitan Uncino, the food was amazing, decently priced, and service was great.
