"When we first booked this property and were looking at the map we felt it was further away from most other options. After walking Venice for 3 days we realized what a perfect location this was. It’s easy to walk to the busy areas, but at night this hotel was in a quiet area. We got the corner room and opened up the windows in the morning. It was so appealing. Front desk staff were amazing. Polite, funny knowledgeable. We are on a 24 day cross Italy tour with 8 hotels and this property is so far rating as the best stay. "

"We stayed in the annex, which is a short walk from the main hotel. The room was beautiful, but small like most other places in a packed city. It was in a great location around many shops and restaurants, and it was very close to the main square so we never needed to take the public transport which saved us some money."

"Hotel was close to all the activities we wanted to do - the Academia Museum, Peggy Guggenheim Museum, close to St. Marks - but away from the crowds. Hotel has a small elevator, which made getting bags up to room easier! Nice breakfast. Great service."
