「Adriano met us at the water bus stop and walked us to the apartment. He was very helpful! He showed us on a map where places to visit are, in comparison to where the apartment is. He also showed us a spot to go to when the crowds got to be a little much.The location of the apartment is excellent because it is in an out-of-the-way spot, but still close to good eateries, some shopping and walking distance to most places.The communication with Maria was excellent! She made sure we were settled in...

「Excellent location. Close to pretty much everything. 7 minute walk to airport shuttles (water bus). 15 minutes to the train station. Right in the centre of all the stores/restaurants. No issues checking in or out and Francesca was always available to answer questions and help! Very pleased with this booking. 」

「I stayed in Venice for 2 weeks, part of the time with adult friends and part with family including a 10 year old. Everyone loved and enjoyed the location and the apartment, including the beautiful balcony shaded by the arms and leaves of a 100 year old grape vine growing up from the property next door. There is one flight of stairs from the front door to the floor with the bedrooms and another flight to the living room, kitchen and balcony We had three to four people living there at a time...

「The flat was spacious and very clean. Emanuela greeted us warmly and was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great, with plentiful hot water. Good washing-machine and dryer. The kitchen was well-equipped, but we would have appreciated better/stronger lighting. Perfect location for us. Very quiet at night. We would stay here again.」

「Check in was very easy. Vaporetto from the train station and then a short walk to the apartment with no bridges to cross with luggage was a definite plus. We were greeted at the door and showed around the apartment. All messages were answered promptly. The owner also sent a very informative email prior to check in to advise of the local requirements for rubbish etc. It was not hard to take the rubbish to the closest collection point on the day we left. Close to many shops and restaurants but...
