"The property is quite old, like most of the buildings in the area, but the room was nice and clean and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was very varied and tasty as well. As a downside, we were on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. The room also didn’t have a TV or a small fridge/freezer, so it’s basically just a place to lay down and sleep."

"Room was unbearably hot and so we didn’t sleep well the entire trip. It was also very loud both inside and outside the hotel. Breakfast was just average and the rooms were incredibly dated. Shower temp was inconsistent every 30 seconds. However can’t fault the staff or the location "

"We booked this particular hotel on the strength of the lovely photographs of the rooms, as part of a 3 major city tour of Italy as a 30th wedding anniversary treat to ourselves. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.... we were given what we felt was the smallest room in the house (my husband is 6'2" and had to walk around the room stooping down to avoid banging his head on some of the rafters) it was in the roof, very dark due to a tiny window, and very hot despite the air conditioning. But, the breakfast staff were excellent and the location was the absolute best, literally 2 minutes walk from St Marks for example. "

"The hotel is in a great location and very convenient, even on rainy days, with plenty of nice restaurants and shops close by. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean, modern, and stylish, with a lovely fresh scent, and the bed was very comfortable. It felt like one of the best stays during my trip.
