Beautiful hotel in an excellent location with staff who go above and beyond. It's a gorgeous old building with stone carvings, costumes,a couple of lovely balconies and spacious, clean and functional rooms. Loved the welcome drink but most of all the staff were so helpful, couldn't do more.

Our room was very large and well-appointed and very clean. The hotel is steps away from one of the larger canals so getting there was easy. Santa Maria Formosa is across the piazza, and it's easy to get to almost anywhere as it's in the "center of town", if you will. The staff was SO friendly and helpful, honestly it was a magical stay. I can't wait to go back!!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a traditional building (with renovated and modern bathroom of course) in the middle of a popular square. I thought noise might be a problem at night given its central location, but that’s not at all the case, we had the most peaceful and restful sleep. Highly recommended.
