The Perfect Welcome Back to Venice After 50 Years This was my first visit to Venice in almost 50 years, and Hotel Antiche Figure made our return truly memorable. At check-in, the gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful. He carefully explained how to explore the city on foot and how to use the vaporetto water buses. His advice made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The location is outstanding—directly opposite Venezia Santa Lucia station. This is an enormous advantage in Venice, especially when travelling with heavy luggage. Unlike many Venetian hotels, reaching the hotel does not require carrying suitcases up and down numerous bridges; there is only one main bridge to cross from the station. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide and varied selection, and we were completely satisfied. With its unbeatable location, warm hospitality and wonderful breakfast, Hotel Antiche Figure was the perfect choice for our stay. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.
