"The hotel is well situated with in walking distance of great restaurants and water taxis to take you through the canals. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were conducive to great sleep. We enjoyed the breakfast."

"I was charged 1800 euros for a glimpse of the canal in a small room which was over the noisy entrance and gondola parking area . Room service and housekeeping were extremely slow. Front desk helpful"

"I was under the impression that I will be staying in the San Zulian hotel. This is what I paid for when booking it. However, when I got there, the receptionist took me on a walk away from the hotel, saying that 'this apartment is for our special guests'. I'm not if it was to be honest. It was a one bedroom studio flat. Overall it was okay, however, I paid to stay in the hotel... if I had known that they will put me in an apartment, in a dark alleyway, then I would have thought twice and stayed somewhere else. A bit of transparency would have been nice. 2 to 3 Stars 🌟 🌟"
