"We were completely satisfied with the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were one flight up and there are no elevators, so they brought all our luggage up and down. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent location, 2 mins walk to waterbus line 1. Although it’s centrally located, it was very quiet, we had good night sleep. Be prepared to go up and use the stairs with your luggage. Our room was on the 4th floor, no elevator. We did not have heavy luggages, so no issue for us. Overall, this is an excellent place."

"We stayed at the Train Station apartment in the Cannaregio District. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The immediate area is very quiet. Communication with the hotel was easy, as they are at a different location. The area is wonderful. he canal is a very short walk and there are many restaurants and shops. The Jewish district is a short walk. If you wish, you can walk to the Rialto and St. Marks Square. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I really liked staying at this hotel. It is so close to Saint Mark's Square but still really quiet. It's location made it super easy to go anywhere and do anything and still find your way back to the hotel. It was super clean and the cleaning staff was working hard every day. It is being managed by the other hotel about four feet across the street, so there is no one on-site. That didn't bother me, but it did mean that the lobby was unattended. Breakfast was in that other hotel every morning (just basic carbs and coffee machine coffee). The AC in the room worked great. The water was hot."
