The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Walkable distance to Santa Lucia and Piazzale Roma. San Marco 30mins walk away but a nice walk. Close to the Fondamenta Nove for ferries to Murano/Burano. Great stay! Definitely recommend. "
