「The property was great but the staff were confusing. They sent an email requesting documents to be sent in order to receive the door code. We sent them and they sent the door code and another document with the code stating that no tax was imposed during the date of our stay. After checking out we started receiving texts saying we never submitted our documents or paid the fees. They were very rude and unfriendly 」
「Amazing family hotel. Very clean and everyone was super nice. Breakfast also excellent. Location is really good only 10-15 minutes walking to the main attraction. We really enjoyed staying there. 」
