Europe Kid friendly Vacations

The staff was not very friendly , I asked if they could make a reservation for me and I showed up and there was no reservation made

Nice stay but spa not included as it looks to be on Expedia €20 pp per use

Room was very nice to look at but the charger on one side of the bed did not work. In addition the door to the bathroom was exceptionally loud when opening g or closing - awakening myself or my wife when going to the bathroom at ight. I ultimately gauge a hotel by how well I sleep. My wife and I did not sleep well. (Could not upload video documenting noise from door opening and closing the door. They only accepted photos).

Nice restaurant in the hotel. We appreciated that they had many vegetarian options. Impressive breakfast buffet. Helpful staff.

The shower was dangerous

Room was very clean. The breakfast was good with a wide selection. We had soup from the bar for dinner and it was delicious. The staff was helpful. The location is perfect for flying in and out of Dublin.

Well placed and the biggest room I’ve had in London. Comfy bed and pillows. The elevator situation is a challenge. Two of the elevators are down (out of a bank of four) so it’s a long wait.

Great hotel. Modern and spacious for Europe.
