I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

We really enjoyed our trip overall. Food was good and people were friendly. I did notice some cracks around the edges, so to speak. We noticed the last night they only put a top sheet over the bed, not an actual cover. We asked for certain things in the mini-fridge (which they encouraged) but it wasn't fulfilled. And 5/6 restaurants we tried I really enjoyed the food. I don't recommend the Italian as it was really dry bread and over salted food. Some disappointing things, but mostly a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved our couples massage as well and the activities they put on. Their Cirque show was amazing, they did a great job with the World Cup celebrations and they made our honeymoon special by the little sweet gifts they gave.

I would recommend this resort to anyone who is looking to have a beautiful, relaxing, getaway with fantastic cuisine and exceptional service. From the moment we walked in, to the second we left, we felt pampered beyond what I could have asked for! Absolutely recommend having a butler - Rodrigo was a delight. The rooms are gorgeous and the pools are so nice too! Love that it felt like a boutique resort; not needing to walk miles in the heat to get where we wanted to the main part of the facility each time. And if you do want a day to explore and go do something more lively, they have someone to assist in planning and booking excursions as well, onsite. We did snorkeling and a cata marine ride and didn’t even have to leave the resort! We went to celebrate my partners birthday and they made him feel so special. All the bartenders were so personable and attentive. Will absolutely be back ourselves!
