The rooms were clean and comfortable. The in-room two person hot tub was amazing. The food and availability of options were limitless. All tasty. Not as salty and processed as American food. The pools, excursions and entertainment were all excellent. Friendly staff all around. NEGATIVES:: the seagrass was everywhere! The bed was too firm for my liking and the pillows were too flat. Lastly, we couldn’t use the tv even after we asked twice. Overall. 10/10. We plan to go back!
