Actual bed and sofa-come-bed both were equally uncomfortable.. We had someone else parked at our spot even though reserved.. No housekeeping for 2 days stay. I am not sure if it's usual for a loft as it was our first time experience.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,236 reviews)
We stayed for three nights in a room with two double beds and had a very enjoyable stay. The room was spotless, well equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the amenities were clean and new, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is excellent, right in Yaletown and close to the waterfront, parks, restaurants, shopping, and the metro station. We also enjoyed the hotel café, Faubourg, which served lovely coffee and delicious, well-prepared sandwiches.
The only thing we found unusual was the room design. The large window that provides the natural light is located in the toilet area of the bathroom, which is also the only window in the room. While the sunlight coming in is lovely, it means you cannot really enjoy it as part of the room experience — for example, sitting by the window with a coffee or enjoying the view — because the window is only in the bathroom. We also had to keep the curtains closed whenever using the toilet for privacy, which meant losing the natural light. Since the bathroom only has a walk-in shower and no bathtub, we found this design choice a little impractical.
Overall, we really liked this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, location, and service. The bathroom layout was the only aspect that felt unusual and could be improved.

We recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to Vancouver. We were in Vancouver primarily for the FIFA World Cup game. It was a short walk to BC place, so an excellent place if you are in town for a game at BC Place. Tons of food options nearby and all walkable distances as well . Parking was included in our stay, at an underground parking garage, which was very safe. Highly recommend this place!

We were booked into a room immediately above an event floor where a wedding was taking place. Loud music began at 11:30 pm and continued until after 1 am. We were not informed about this at check in or given any option to switch rooms until we phoned reception at 11:30 pm. We were told that the music would stop at midnight but it did not. The reason given was that the hotel security were unable to control the event. Very disappointed in what should have been a pleasant stay in a beautiful hotel.
