Poor heating in the room,, could not walk around the bed. Bedsheets were crisp and decent quality.
Room carpet tired and needs replacing.
Bathroom body wash dispenser did not work effectively. Reception staff polite and efficient.
Overall this is a 2.5 star hotel

Room was upgraded and ever need was met. Cannot fault all staff.
My partner mentioned if any slight view was to be mentioned it would be the breakfast plates were not warmed and the fried eggs were left baking in the server so were like rubber…however the waitress was happy to have fresh cooked.

Very modern and comfortable rooms. They were clean and had good amenities with Nespresso, coffee, machine, and electric kettle and a fridge and safe.. We booked a family room for four but were given two adjoining rooms. That was a bonus because we had two bathrooms.
