Pleasant staff upon check in. Clean room, comfortable bed and linens. Very nice complimentary breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants. Close to the airport. Shuttle to the airport was great. I would definitely stay here again before a departure back home.

This is the third time I’ve stayed here and always enjoyed it. I’ve always had a room over looking the water. This time I looked into the alley. I was not pleased! Would have requested a room change if I had been there longer otherwise great staff!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,628 reviews)
The stay was fine, but I was disappointed that the drain was plugged in one of the sinks in the bathroom, the shower function didn't work in the bathtub, and the airport transfer was beyond chaotic. In fact, I called an Uber to get to the airport even though I had paid the 8 euros the night before for the transfer. For a relatively expensive stay, none of these issues should have arisen.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,002 reviews)
"Hotel is beautiful! Rooms are comfortable, clean and roomy. Location is also great! If I had to say something needed to be upgraded was the shower. I felt cramped having to move the glass enclosure over so the water wouldn't go all over the floor."
