Room was good for a night before the airport, convenient shuttle, but no grocery store or anything around for a quick snack, only restaurants

This is a good, basic hotel which is convenient for St Peter's and the Vatican. The city centre is also within easy reach via the metro. There is a buffet breakfast with a good selection available in the morning. Staff were very helpful, particularly the night manager who was very helpful when I had a minor accident - a fall in the room. See below. Likewise, the chambermaid was able to confirm that my hairdryer was not working and it wasn't my fault! (It was quickly repaired). The room was small but compact with enough space for me and my belongings. Wifi was patchy at best and the TV channels did not offer much entertainment, the exception being a Sean Connery film (in English, curiously) which I hadn't seen. The one problem: Aurum Hotels, please do NOT have a step between the bedroom and bathroom; a slope would be much safer.

Clean, comfortable, minimal/modern decor, large bathroom. Great service & communication skills from the front desk. Delivered a better hair dryer on request! Could not get the room to cool down, so check on that upon arrival. Breakfast is OUTSTANDING and a must! Overall…definitely recommend.

Clean and spacious rooms low on amenities however Bathroom clean , low on water pressure and had to let run for awhile to get hot but we were on 7th floor.

We were only there for a few hours as our plane was late and the airline lost our bags. It was a much needed respite from the travel day. We would stay here again for sure.

Great location close to train station, restaurants, shopping and attractions. Room was large, immaculate and well furnished. The front desk staff were very helpful and informative. Would highly recommend!

Not too far from MXP which is good. Comfortable and large bed. Breakfast was ok.
