This was an exceptional property with one of the best views in Venice of St Marks Square. The rooms were beautifully decorated with modern bathrooms. The staff made sure it was always clean and provided a turn down service every day. There’s a beautiful lounge with a fireplace and cosy restaurant. It’s also walking distance to everything so it’s in the perfect location. Enjoyed the stay very much!

Marco at the front desk was the best! Our breakfast staff was also excellent and the selection was varied and delicious! I’m going to miss the shower 😊. Also the vaporetto stop was very convenient. If we are able to come back to Venice in the future, we will certainly stay here!

Room was in quite depleted condition. Cabinet mirror was broken and one door handle was missing. There were scratches on furniture all over. The room temperature couldn’t be controlled from the room and you had to call the receptionist to turn the heating off.

an immense thank you to Francois at the front desk, a true wealth of knowledge and a great young man. The tub on the patio in our room made for some nice relaxing moments. The cafés nearby were all wonderful especially take time to go to Bistrot Al Balcon and say hello to Murad
