Isola Verde Ski Vacations

We spent four nights in a double room with breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and exactly as we would have expected for this hotel. Breakfast was quite good but as a small hotel lacked some of the breadth of options that might be found in larger establishments. The extra charging for egg orders was a shame. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The best thing about the hotel is its excellent location. It is situated on side of the canal in Cannaregio, close to three stops (Tre Archi, Crea, Guglie) that give access to the wonderful vaporetto boats and the Alilaguna to and from the airport. We actually chose to arrive by shared water taxi which delivered us to the Tre Archi stop right outside the hotel. Cannaregio is a great area to stay as it is much quieter than most of the city which remains within easy reach on foot or by boat. The quiet canals to the north of the hotel and the Jewish Ghetto area are a great place for a stroll. If we come back to Venice we almost certainly stay here again.

Air conditioning could be better but the

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of food and they had gluten and dairy free options for me. Grabbed a gondola ride right outside the hotel. Not too far to walk to St Mark's, etc.

Everything was perfect for our stay.

Really nice hotel in Venice. We booked multiple rooms as we have 2 teenagers. Both rooms were nice.

Room was very clean and our terrace was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Room was clean and the property is beautiful with some beautiful artworks. Staff was nice and pleasant. The older people working there are amazing, and the young can definitely learn from them. Simon was especially wonderful. When I checked in I was not told about the pool nor did I use it- I would have liked to take a peak at it for sure though! The hotel rooms are comfortable but they sorely need a coffee machine! A Nespresso would be ideal. I would visit and stay again.

Very clean, comfortable bed and stored luggage. Excellent location to Basilica Santa Maria.
