A great location, very relaxed stay with tube stations close by. Staff were great!

It was in a great location. Close to everything the underground, coffee, pub. It was so clean!!!!!

The check process was slower than I would have liked given we arrived well after check in time began. The front desk was very slow. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was very weak and definitely could have been better

Got a free upgrade so was very happy. Room was great and amenities were great as well. Staff was very kind:

Close to Paddington station and to many restaurants and pubs.

Such a lovely stay - the staff were awesome with my daughter, we had a room upgrade for her birthday, plus balloons and a little cake waiting for her which was such a nice touch. The room was quiet and it was excellently positioned - we walked to Covent Garden but tube station just outside. Staff were attentive and kind, and breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay. The staff were helpful, the common areas are lovely and my room had the most amazing bathtub…

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is the Covent Garden area, very close to historic sites and attractions, plenty of restaurants around the area and many transportation options

It was a nice hotel, small, good end of 4star maybe not quite five if you compare to say the Langham, but much better rate.

Close to tube station in a very walkable area. Fairly central to everything we had planned. We did not take advantage of the amenities on site so no real rating to provide other than they were there. Will be planning our next trip to London with a stay here.
