"This Hilton property has 6 Towers: Lagoon, Rainbow, Tapa, Ali’i, Kalia and Diamond Head. We booked a room with ocean view without knowing the condition of the condition of the buildings and got a room at Diamond Head, which was the only building that has not been renovated since it was built. The rest of the towers have been renovated we were told. The room was spacious but felt like staying at a two star hotel that had not maintained for decades. The bathtub and bathroom had a pipe blockage problem, and water would accumulate in the bathtub and the bathroom sink. To move to a renovated tower we had to pay USD90 per night! Avoid a room at Diamond Head!"

"Honestly, this place deserves a full 5-star rating ✨ The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and felt safe throughout our stay. The location is excellent—close to everything, especially the beach, which made getting around super easy. Another thing we really appreciated was the reasonable pricing. It also seemed to be one of the few hotels without hidden fees, which was a huge plus. Before booking, we looked at many different hotels, but since we were staying for several days, we didn’t want to take a risk. In the end, we chose this one—and it definitely did not disappoint. No surprise it’s part of the Wyndham chain 👍"

"The Outrigger Reef Hotel was Superb! Checking in was a breeze! What a Gorgeous Property. Everything was Brand New. The staff made our trip! From Valet, The Bellman that brought our luggage, the ladies who worked in the Cultural Center to experience the daily activities that taught us about Hawaiian Culture. We made Lei’s, Hawaiian Bracelets, Key Chains, we even did temporary tattoos that were fun with several other guests! What a Magical Experience! We made the Best of the Storms of 2026 and All the Sunrises and Sunsets, Turtle Watching, surfers, snorkeling right from our balcony.
