「We had a lovely stay at Avon View. Timo was on hand to resolve the initial niggles and from then it was smooth sailing. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub, games and cinema room. The snooker table in particular was a hit, not many properties offer a full size table. The only minor critiques would be one of the ensuites needs some hooks as its quite small with limited storage space, and the bedroom next to the kitchen is not that insulated from the noise. Back to good...

「We booked this to celebrate a friend of ours. The house is perfect - from drinks in the garden, a game of traitors around the dining room table to dancing to the made up songs on the piano, it was wonderful. The house couldn’t be better located for the town and beaches, and our hosts couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend. 」

「The property is stunning, beautifully decorated with lovely unique furniture and decoration, I wish we could have stayed longer to read all of the amazing books that are dotted around. There are board games galore, and it very much feels like you are being welcomed into a home as a house guest rather than a paying visitor - it has a feeling of “mi casa es tu casa” which was a little strange at first - but we quickly got into it! The location is top notch, with beautiful views and a few minutes...

「The property was large, airy and bright. The weather was great to have a barbeque which had been set up for us to enjoy in the large garden. The kitchen satisfied our needs. The location is very close to Sandbanks quay and within walking distance of the beach and shops and cafes. The hosts were very responsive. 」
