We had apartment which easily suited our family. My only recommendation is to add additional lighting in the apartment. The master bedroom in particular is a bit dark easily fixed with more overhead lighting. 」
「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio.
I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them.
Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...
「We spent 4 nights here and had the breakfast on one occasion. The hotel is perfectly situated between Lenno and Tremezzo ferry stops and has a pizza takeaway, restaurant and a convenience shop within a 5 min walk- in addition to the on site restaurant and bar. The hotel breakfast was worth the €10 pp as there was fresh fruit options, snacks and biscuits, pastry, toast and meats and cheese as well as juices and coffee.

「Initial thought was a bit worrisome bc the hotel was on the edge of the lake. Worried I couldn’t find parking, no sidewalks, worried we could not get to town. However, staff was so kind and gave us maps, directions, and step by step directions on how to navigate around town. Actually quite easy! Love the view of the lake from our balcony, breakfast was amazing, room so clean and everything felt so safe.

「Pure magic! We loved the property so much that it was hard to leave to explore Lake Como. Amazing beach bar and cabanas with excellent service. Complimentary kayak and paddleboatds. Also should note buses in the area don’t run on time and a car rental would be challenging with the super narrow windy streets. 」
