「We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine.」

「If we could rate it a 10 we would. Claudia was a gracious host. It was right on the water. We loved watching the baby swans and countless water birds. All the fittings in the apartment were high-end luxury. The only downside was that there was no place close for a coffee, drink or snack. That’s not the host’s fault! 「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. 「Property is in a nice location of Locco, with perfect views of the lake, our room literally had a stunning view from our bed. Only approx 20min walk from the centre of Locco where there is shopping and train station. On train less than hour to Milan and 20 mins (quick train) to the stunning Verrena. Hotel is peaceful and staff are polite and accommodating. Only criticism, both nights I could hear loud techno music which started around 1.30/2am which must have been from a club nearby」

「Ein wunderschönes Hotel in echt italienischem Stil. Gutes Essen am Abend und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Im Zimmer Nr. 217 sollte ein Schreiner die Badezimmertüre unten etwa 2 Millimeter abhobeln damit sie nicht auf dem Boden schleift und klemmt. Ist aber kein wirkliches Problem, v.a. nicht nachdem wir die Hornisse in unserem Zimmer eingefangen und draussen freigelassen haben.... Kleinigkeiten halt!
