The location of this property is absolutely fantastic. The staff at the reception were so nice and kind above and beyond customer experience. The man at the bar who prepared our welcome drinks was super sweet. The room was just amazing, though we did not have a view from our room we were so tired when we arrived that we just slept. We didn’t hear any noise. We had an amazing experience, definitely coming back.

Beware of a bait and switch on rooms. We booked this hotel specifically because we wanted a lake view room. We booked a lake view room, and then wrote them to confirm we had a lake view room (they confirmed that). Upon arrival, the room we were given had no view of the lake. As reported on other platforms, we are not the only guests who have had this problem, so beware. While the hotel did offer compensation, it also refused to move us to lake view room even after one opened up without a significant upcharge. The junior suite is also very small; in fact, I'm not sure what qualifies it as a suite, as there is no extra in-room space. The bathroom provides little privacy, as there is no wall separating it from the bed area, and toilet is shielded only by a frosted glass barrier that does not go floor to ceiling. However, the restaurant is excellent, both as to food and staff. I would recommend it for a nice dinner.
