「Staff」

「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「The staff went beyond and above to help make our stay and car service successful. Very approachable and welcoming.」

「The property had a beautiful view of the lake as it was perched atop a hill overlooking the town of bellagio . The grounds were well kept . One could walk easily into the expansive villa melzi gardens right by the lake . Mrs Mary was kind enough to accommodate our early check in . The breakfast was delicious with excellent local butter and bread . The vegetables from the garden were very fresh as were the eggs ! Local cheeses and jams were rich and flavorful. The staff were very pleasant....

「Even though the elevator was out and we had to use stairs, all the other sevices compensate for that,」

「Exellent location. Great views. Attention to detail. There is a fridge in the patio that guests can use. Our room was tiny, but good value for the price. The hotel is in ZTL zone, but the owners help with that. And parking needs to be reservered in advance.」

「Good experience. Clean and friendly. Only the breakfast not so satisfied」
