「Dette er ikke et hotell, men apartments. Det er ingen skilter e.l. som gjorde det litt vanskelig å finne. Det finnes ingen resepsjon, så man må ringe og avtale ankomst. Selve komplekset hvor leilighetene er befinner seg i gangavstand fra gamlebyen, men er i et litt kjedelig område av Como. Men, god service og fin, ren leilighet. Greit utstyrt kjøkken, A/C i soverom og stue. TV fungerte ikke:(」

「Not as advertised. Phoned to arrange check in but no one spoke English. Finally got a customer to translate who advised to come at 5 to check in (half an hour later than advertised). When we arrived the bar and restaurant were closed. Only one member of staff there who could not speak English which was advertised on the site. The room was very basic with outdated decor. There were no views of the lake from the hotel as shown in the pictures. Breakfast was advertised from 7-10am. When we went...
