「とても良いホテルです。また利用したいです。有難う。」

「The staff was very short staffed with many guests including myself were waiting for long times to be checked in. We were unable to get a room with a shower. Were told they would work on providing either another room with a shower or simply a shower curtain to add to the tub. We waited for over 2 hours with no other room or even a shower curtain. My family and I were flying out early next day and simply wanted a shower! When I called earlier in the day to book, I asked if they had a pool...

「Grazie Barbara per la tua ospitalità! Abbiamo adorato tutto della struttura dagli arredi alla pulizia alla straordinaria professionalità del personale.」

「Magnifique, Paysage typique Toscan- un peut trop cher par rapport au services proposés」

「The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! They answered all of my questions before and during my stay. The room was pretty clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it was located in a such a great spot on the lake. I would stay here again.」

「The room was so comfortable. I stayed very well. The breakfast was also delicious. The hotel staff are so kind. The room and lobby keep clean. But I can’t change television language. It keeps Korean. Except that, it is great.」

「A last-minute stay at the Casa M proved to be an unexpected delight. Large, modern rooms and beautiful views. The service is first-rate. We arrived when the kitchen was closed, hungry and tired, and Steve was kind enough to make a meat and cheese board that we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio. I hope we get to return someday. Highly recommend.」

「Fantastic venue! Loved Pienza! The Inn was beautiful and the staff extremely friendly and welcoming. We would love to go back」
