Upon our return we had oyr issue resolved :) Staff: friendly, kind, up-beat, helpful and outgoing. Whatever questions we had, they were answered. Rooms: clean, well maintained. Smelled nice due to diffusers. Breakfast: it is definitely more of a European breakfast buffet. The cappuccino is excellent:) Area: across the street...
