「 Meine Freundin Corinne hat für uns zwei Zimmer für 4 Nächte im Guesthouse Magliaso gebucht. Wir waren leider beide in verschiedenen Gebäuden untergebracht und ich, im Zimmer 1 hätte ohne Corinne im Zimmer 7 keinen Zugang zum Gemeinschaftsraum und somit auch nicht zu Kaffee oder Kühlschrank gehabt . Auch hatte ich keinen TV im Zimmer und das alles zum gleichen Preis wie meine Freundin, was mich ziemlich irritiert hat!Vergeblich suchte ich auch nach einem Kleiderhaken hinter der Türe, das...

「The room was clean and charming. Yaiza, who coordinated check-in, was fantastic — she was responsive and had excellent recommendations for food and things to do. Good location close to the lake and only 5-10 mins walk from San Giovanni train station (depending on how fast you walk). No view from Suite 8 to speak of but I wasn’t hanging out in my room much, other than to sleep. I would stay here again!」

「My wife and I stayed here back in May of this year. We only stayed for one night but had a great stay! It was very convenient that we could arrive at any time with the key in a lock box. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but clean. The only downside was the steep staircase and no lift. We opened our windows at night and could hear the charming Duomo Como bells. The restaurant downstairs is so charming and cozy. We loved the location; it was very safe...

「Was an issue, but I couldn't define adequately the reason. During the booking, I don't remember to have the option to change the age of my kid. I came early and alone to do the check in and receive the key. When we arrive late in the night, the booking was done for under 1 year old (she is 11) so just one bed was in the bedroom. They offer option to resolve and that's a good point, but the error could be in the website, or the hotel options. But definitively, the location was great to visit...
