There are just two good things about this property: Stunning Mountain View’s and what looks like a nice pool As for the rest it’s poor This is in no way a hotel At best it’s a place where you can rent a room Lists of things you are forbidden to do all over the place No catering other than order in advance breakfast Up a very steep hill .. don’t come here with out a car Unhelpful in the extreme

Rafaelle was a great host in this BnB I stayed at for a weekend between my business trips. Clean, good service if you need anything and a beautiful place up in the hills with great backyard with the pool. Approximately 20min walk down to Lecco centre so absolutely walkable if you like walking. I had a great stay! Breakfast bookable per night if you need.

We had a very lovely stay. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. The accessibility to town by bus was great. The views were incredible from our room. The a/c worked great. The check in time preferred by the owners is different than what is listed on Expedia. I found them charming and simply would encourage communication. The property rules may be worrisome to some but, we understood they were to keep the property immaculate and it was. Additional swimming hours in midday would have been nice. We hope to return to Lecco and would definitely stay again.

Allt perfekt!

A very nice host at this B&B without breakfast. However, we needed a place to crash, the host welcomed us and made sure the kids got into the pool as soon as we arrived. Strict rules which made the stay calm and comfortable, with a great view over the lake. A little hard to find but well worth the effort.

The property was a unique, family run B&B. The hosts were awesome, very helpful and kind, Giacomo was amazing offering suggestions for exploring the areas around Lake Como, dining options and historical sites in the region. The property and grounds were very well maintained. The pool and garden was a great way to wind down after a day of exploring. On our last day we noticed our rental car had a flat tire, the hosts called one of their friends to repair the tire and escorted us to the shop to get it fixed. Thank you for a Great stay ‘Jack’ hope to see you soon

This is simply stunning bed and breakfast. But that’s it. Mountain View in Lecco. Immaculate place with zero room amenities. A common area for use at certain times and a beautiful pool. Breakfast one hour only, we didn’t take it as it’s served too late. Many rules including no eating in a room with no fridge or coffee maker. 20 min drive to Lecco Centro and 45 mins to como.
