「3泊しましたが、お部屋は広く清潔で、ホテル内も広くて美しく、何より従業員の方々がみんなとても親切で、とても快適でした。」

「This hotel has a gorgeous pool view. Staff is excellent. Short walk to shops restaurants and ferries. We had apartment which easily suited our family. My only recommendation is to add additional lighting in the apartment. The master bedroom in particular is a bit dark easily fixed with more overhead lighting. 」

「レイクビューでお部屋は最高。職員も親切で、手持ちのアダプターがうまくいかなかったところ、ホテルのアダプターを貸してくれた。場所は街の中心に近い湖畔でとても便利。建物と設備はやや古いけど清潔感があって問題なし。また泊まりたい。」

「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「This hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. We stayed in one of the loft rooms with a large window with a lovely view. My only complaint, which I thought would be the case from the pictures, was the ceiling angled down and you had to be careful not to hit your head. However it was very cozy and was a nice option for those on a budget. The walk to Bellagio was about 12-15 minutes and the hotel was off the beaten...
