「They aren't a standard hotel; you could be placed in a room in any of their various buildings, yet there is only one reception desk located in just one of them. We were assigned an attic room, and the entrance to it was a maze; we complained, but the issue wasn't resolved until the following day. The new room was better, though it also lacked a window; the door had an opaque glass panel that let in a lot of light. The first room was full of dust and trash under the bed-it was clear that area...
