"The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance to ferries ,shopping ,restaurants, and beach. The views are beautiful from the hotel. "This was the perfect base for our short stay in Naples. Super convenient from the train station with plenty of food options nearby. We particularly loved the rooftop terrace which gave us a fantastic view over the city. We were also especially impressed with the service, the person on reception for most of our stay (I think his name was Francesco) was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable and well fitted. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. "

"This hotel in Naples was in an ugly neighborhood but most neighborhoods in Naples are ugly. No other word for it. But inside the hotel was very beautiful; the restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast buffet is superb. If I had to go to Naples again I would stay here again. There is a wonderful plaza surrounding the hotel and the service is excellent. "
