"Location was great close to famous restaurant Mimi Alla Ferrovia 10min walk. Only set back at hotel was an over powering fragrance smell. Front desk very helpful and accommodating let us checkout and hour later. Great breakfast"

"Beautiful view of the Galleria. The staff was always very helpful and polite. The room was big size for Europe hotels. The day bed was a great idea. The breakfast was included and it had a variety of items, both for European and Western cuisine. The espressos were excellent! The reasons why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because my room did not have a towel warmer which I’m used to at Italian hotels. Sometimes, I do a quick wash of small items and let them dry on the towel warmer overnight. I missed the comfort. I will be prepared for next time. Location was pretty. Right in the middle of everything you need and want. I recommend taking the ferry to Capri, Positano, Sorrento, etc. it is only a 20 minute walk and the ferries are frequent. "

"The AC worked fine. Would have liked it a bit cooler, but overall it worked fine. I didn't do much shopping around the area. My wife has a walking disability so had to plan things out strategically. Still though the hotel was in a prime spot to get local food. Staff was very friendly and the view.... the view was amazing! 10/10 that sold it for me."

"Our room's AC did not work. The hotel is in a convenient location walkable to Trevie fountain but the hotel staff is not very friendly. We did not have a good experience with the staff. Rooms are clean would not stay here again. Fyi they will not let you check in early or a late check out. Hotel is walkable to metro. "

"This is an elegant, old-world hotel and is beautifully maintained. The staff were very gracious and helpful. The room was large with high ceilings, an elegant bathroom and a small balcony opening out to the bay. There was a hot water kettle with packs of coffee and a mini-fridge. The rooftop bar/restaurant was a lovely spot for a drink at sunset. The waterfront area directly in front of the hotel is great for walking, and is being refinished very attractively with gray paving stones. It is a 10-12 minute walk along the waterfront to Molo Beverello port for ferries to Capri, Amalfi, etc."
