Not sure if “Smart Hotel” refers having colourful LED lights in the room but the Wi-Fi is anything but smart! Even with a different password provided by the staff the weak signal made working, streaming, or using the smart TV impossible. There’s also a list of rules, including no food or drinks in rooms. On the plus side, quiet rooms and comfortable beds.

A really enjoyable stay at this hotel. Great location a 5-10 minute walk to the metro station and on the ALI bus route. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was good quality. Rooms were air conditioned, clean and reasonably sized. All in all great value and great would book again if visiting Naples.

Way better than expected. I think the point of the hotel was to have a place to stay before taking a cruise. Despite not cruising, we found the location ideal - right next to the ferry dock for Sorrento; right next to a metro stop; easy walking to town and local sites. We enjoy watching cruise ship park just a few feet from our window. The facility appears brand new - too new for decent signage in the port. The rooms were needlessly large for two people. The included breakfast and Italian coffees were excellent. I’d stay here again.

Great location if you’re going in a cruise or if you want to be in the middle of a lot of cool and exciting tourist attractions. Make sure to book a taxi with the hotel if you want to do any tourist attractions. You get the taxi number and a set price and you can’t hold them accountable. Great place to visit . I’ll be back.
