"Amazing hotel high up over looking the bay of Castelemare fantastic views. The staff Rita Valentina claudia and waiting and house keeping staff were always helpful. A car is helpful there are buses direct to the train station and town.Transport trains and buses very cheap. There are limited food outlets and no where to go on the evening also without any English speaking tv channels."

"Beautiful hotel! Property is gorgeous with amazing views. Poolside is relaxing and comfortable. Hotel restaurant is delicious and fresh. Close to shopping and restaurants. Overall an exception stay!! Would definitely come back. Slightly disappointed on beach front-it is not typical beach with sand and rocks but rather a large dock and stairs decending into the water. We were also unaware there is a hotel shuttle charge to get their private beach front. "

"This hotel was very nice, but I see plenty of room for improvement. The hotel is a short walk downhill to the main street full of shopping and restaurants. A taxi will cost you between 20 and 25 euro, but seriously, just walk. I booked a room with a king bed and another family quad. The family quad was massive, but the shower was horrible. It has a small bathtub with a tiny shower sprayer, not cool. Other than that, the rooms are very nice. The pool was amazing and the loungers around the pool...

"Hotel Margherita was nothing short of amazing. My family and I spent 5 nights at the hotel. The staff was absolutely wonderful, the kindest group of people, definitely treated us more like family than just guest. "Everything seems so nice. Ravello is a really nice small town up in the mountain. Hotel staffs are very helpful and so kind. However, pool wasn't so clean so if you have skin troubles advice to not use it. Also double beds are combination of two single bed which causes uncomfort in the middle of the bed. Generally it was nice. The view was mesmerizing, restaurant is top class. Parking is charged 20euro by night from hotel garage. "

"I don’t have any negative opinions about my stay at the NH Napoli Panorama. The staff made my days in Naples very special. Enza is one of the sweetest people I have met in Italy, always willing to help you with a smile. In the front desk: Rosario and Ilaria go above and beyond their job to help you with everything from how to get to places in the city to send you anything you need in your room. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. One of the best locations to get around in Naples, close to the most important spots in the city. The hotel is clean and has a good atmosphere. Above everything, the staff makes your stay the best. Rosamaria, the guest relations who greets you at breakfast always with a smile, knows her city and country like no other. She is always making sure you are comfortable and happy at the hotel. Kudos for her! NH has a great asset on her. You should check for yourself in your visit to Naples. I would love to return to Naples. "

"The bathroom in our room had a tub with a shower which was not quite suitable as a half plexiglass over the tub was to keep the water from coming out- it did not work well. There was a big tap in the middle of the tub that I kept bumping into. That bath tub needs a shower curtain. Other than that everything was great."
