「Room was well maintained and quite spacious, We had a kitchenette which was nice. Breakfast in the morning was very good and the staff very friendly.」

「The room was spotless. Staff was fantastic. The parking on site was a luxury we later discovered during our 4 weeks in Italy. This was our first night after our flight from New York. The goal was to dine at Pepe in Grani. The hotel an easy 20 minute drive to Caiazzo. Hotel Plana did a great job and lived up to its past reviews.」

「Excellent customer service, beautiful grounds and rooms. Lovely spa and wonderful treatments and amenities. We loved it !Thank you」

「Front desk staff night we got there was great We got to first room used restroom and water went all over the floor Second room shower didn’t work at all and the jets on tub just shot out black junks Outside was not quite at all at night! Beds are very hard」

「Unfortunately we stayed whilst there was a huge wedding taking place. Which meant loud music, and no food facilities available. Management did not give us prior warning, Whilst staff were pleasant it was not appropriate. The rooms are odd, but clean. It is suitable for a stay prior to an early flight from Naples only. Otherwise it was unpleasant. We didn’t even have a window in our room.」
