"If you think you can get a better sea view of Amalfi and the coastline then you're being conned by AI. Sat on the hillside on the approach road to Pogerola the hotel provides stunning views over Amalfi and the coastline. All guest rooms have this view so you can watch the tranquil waters or the small boats/ferries zipping in and out of the harbour or speculate on who might be on the bigger ships anchored just offshore. The hotel is clean, the guest rooms are large and cleaned daily, large balconies with sunbeds and a table, food (we only ate at breakfast) was plentiful, the pool (though small) provides ample space to swim or sit back and enjoy a drink from the cave poolside bar. The staff are brilliant, very friendly and helpful from being greeted in Amalfi by the Shuttle Bus driver, the receptionists, porters, bar and waiters/waitresses and the housekeepers. The location alone sells this hotel, everything else is a bonus."

"The views in the rooms were breathtaking. The lobby is wall to wall Amalfi coast views. The hotel is about a 15 minute uphill walk or a bus ride. Both easy to manage if you're wanting an iconic Amalfi view with your visit. The breakfasts were 10 euro a person and a great deal. We enjoyed getting to have a delicious coffee and ocean view each morning. The staff was particularly helpful. We even saw one desk clerk in the city on his off time, and he still helped us to find the bus! Very kind of him. Our room was rather small, but we didn't mind because the views were so incredible. Not a lot of space for storage. I would recommend the hotel create under bed space or hooks on the wall to help guests store travel gear. Overall a great choice and would definitely return!"

"Location is excellent very close to the ferry and city center. Rooms with balcony towards the water are the hallmark of this hotel. Hotel provides only two bottles of water everyday. For anything more we have to pay. Never seen this in any other hotel. Also the shower is suitable for folks who want to use the jacuzzi but not very friendly for those who are looking for a normal shower. We have to stand inside a cage like structure to take shower. Also if you are short you will need a ladder to get onto the tub!"

"The room was excellent - very clean and with a beautiful view. The staff were also very accommodating and kind, they helped with our luggage at check in and check out. Having breakfast included each morning made for a great start to the day. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone!"

"It was a beautiful room and the location was perfect. Close to the center of the city but the view was pretty and set back enough to be quiet and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was an enjoyable variety and well prepared. Hope to stay there again."

"The hotel is clean, but kind of older. The bathroom is extremely small, the fixtures also could use updates. Our room was on the 4th floor, but elevator only gets to the 3rd and you have to climb couple flights of stairs, of which nobody told us about. However the staff is extremely helpful and nice"
